A family house is suitable for both. Constant living in and spending a holiday far from the city.
The main focus was on the spatial and functional organization. A boiler room took a lot of the first floor, so we changed the planning. The technical communications with pipes were arranged above the roof. They perfectly blend in with the pines around the house.
The other 235 square meters contain master and guest bedrooms, two rooms for children, a living room, cellar, garage and gorgeous barbeque zone with a Japanese-style artificial waterfall.
